CABIN

These are beautiful park model cabins in the upper RV Park. They have awesome views of the mountains, a propane grill, fully stocked kitchen, and bathroom with shower. They will sleep up to six people. No Pets and No Smoking Allowed in cabins. Rate includes up to two people. Each additional person is $7.00 per night.

RV - PREMIUM BACK IN/FULL HOOK UP

There are just two of these awesome sites in the upper RV Park. One is the view site (site 31A). The other, pictured here (site 17A) is our patio site and has a 40 foot long patio under lots of trees and next to the irrigation canal. Both have propane grills. Reservation includes 2 people and 2 pets. Additional people and pets are $7.00 each per night. Children under the age of 12 are free.

RV - CREEKSIDE PREMIUM WITH ELECTRIC

There are 3 Premium 30 amp electric only sites situated right on Chalk Creek in the lower campground. They are sites 20, 21, and 30. Each parallel the creek and have a minimum of 40 feet of creek frontage at the site. All sites have shade, a picnic table & fire pit. Reservation includes 2 people and 2 pets. Additional people and pets are $7.00 each per night. Children under the age of 12 are free.

RV - 40' BACK IN/FULL HOOK UP

These are full hook up, back in sites with 50/30 amp electric, water, and sewer. They are 40 feet long and 30 feet wide. These are sites 1A - 8A & 18A - 20A. They back up next to a row of trees and the irrigation canal. These sites are on the upper RV Park. Site numbers are not guaranteed, but your site type is. Reservation includes 2 people and 2 pets. Additional people and pets are $7.00 each per night. Children under the age of 12 are free.

RV - DELUXE 60' PULL THRU/FULL HOOK UP

These are all pull through full hook up sites with 50/30 amp electric, have water and sewer. The sites are 60 feet long and 30 feet wide. These are sites 9A - 16A. They are open and have views of the Aspen Ridge to the East and the Collegiate Peaks to the West. These sites are on the upper RV Park. Site numbers are not guaranteed, but your site type is. Reservation includes 2 people and 2 pets. Additional people and pets are $7.00 each per night. Children under the age of 12 are free.

RV - STANDARD 40' PULL THRU/FULL HOOK UP

These are all pull through full hook up sites with 50/30 amp electric, water, and sewer. The sites are 40 feet long and 30 feet wide. These are sites 27A-30A in front of our bathhouse. They are open and have views of the Collegiate Peaks to the west, and the trees of the lower campground to the south. These sites are in the upper RV Park. Site numbers are not guaranteed, but your site type is. Reservation includes 2 people and 2 pets. Additional people and pets are $7.00 each per night. Children under the age of 12 are free.

RV - CREEKSIDE STANDARD WITH ELECTRIC

These 30 amp electric only back in sites are situated right on Chalk Creek in our lower campground and are shaded. These are sites 22 & 24 - 29. All sites have shade, picnic table & fire pit. Site numbers are not guaranteed, but your site type is. Reservation includes 2 people and 2 pets. Additional people and pets are $7.00 each per night. Children under the age of 12 are free.

RV - LOWER CAMPGROUND STANDARD WITH ELECTRIC

These 30 amp electric only sites are in a cottonwood grove in our lower campground. Most are back in sites. You have access to the creek from a community beach area. These are sites 14-19, 23, & 31-41. All sites have shade, a picnic table & fire pit. Site numbers are not guaranteed, but your site type is. Reservation includes 2 people and 2 pets. Additional people and pets are $7.00 each per night. Children under the age of 12 are free.

TENT - CREEKSIDE

Our four creek tent sites are situated right on Chalk Creek. These are sites A - D. All have shade, picnic table and a fire pit. These sites are on the lower campground. Site numbers are not guaranteed, but your site type is. Reservation includes 2 people and 2 pets. Additional people and pets are $7.00 each per night. Children under the age of 12 are free.

TENT - MEADOW SITES

Our meadow tent sites range from complete shade to partial shade and partial sun. These sites are T1 - T11 and have a maximum occupancy of 6 people. All have a picnic table and a fire pit. These sites are on the lower campground. Access to the creek is just a short walk away. Site numbers are not guaranteed, but your site type is. Reservation includes 2 people and 2 pets. Additional people and pets are $7.00 each per night. Children under the age of 12 are free.

TENT - STANDARD

Our standard tent sites range from complete shade to partial shade and partial sun. These sites are E - J. Slightly more private than the meadow, these sites have a maximum occupancy of 6 people. All have a picnic table and a fire pit. These sites are on the lower campground. Site numbers are not guaranteed, but your site type is. Reservation includes 2 people and 2 pets. Additional people and pets are $5.00 each per night. Children under the age of 12 are free.
